Andri has 10 years experience in the area of Sales and Marketing, Training and Development, and Human Resource Management.

He held managerial position in Bakrie Life, John Hancock Financial, Allianz Life Indonesia and Director/Senior Consultant in Institute for Leadership & Life Management. Andri took his undergraduate studies in the field of Management at Andalas University and holds a Magister Management degree from Padjadjaran University majoring in Human Resource Management. His area of expertise is facilitating service in the area of Leadership, Management, Sales & Marketing and Human Resource Management as well as Training Design and Development.
